41 All Public Service departments, the New Zealand Police, the New Zealand Defence Force, the Office of the Clerk, the Parliamentary Counsel Office, the Parliamentary Service, the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service, and the Government Communications Security Bureau have been consulted with in the preparation of this paper, and their comments have been taken into account.
