The following files are the approved thesauri for support of the NZGLS metadata standard. The Functions of New Zealand thesaurus (FONZ) supports the Function element; the Subjects of New Zealand thesaurus (SONZ) supports the Subject element.

The thesauri comply with thesaurus standards Z39.50 and ISO 2788, so will be fully compatible with any other tool that complies with these standards.
