Service Level Agreement / Memorandum Of Understanding

The State Services Commission documents a Service Level Agreement (SLA)/ Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with the Lead Agency, in conjunction with the Legal Department.

Development of the Standard

  • The Lead Agency continues to follow the development of the Standard (both Internationally and as implemented in NZ) as it matures and/or changes, as required.
  • The Lead Agency maintains the relationship with the e-GIF Management Committee in order to update them on progress and development as required.

Responsibilities of the Lead Agency

  • The Lead Agency determines the Funding/Resources required. The Budget template (doc 607373) is available from e-gif@ssc.govt.nz.
  • The Lead Agency ensures that a Help Desk is established for RFIs, identified bugs, and to answer queries regarding implementing the Standard. The Requirements of a ITIL Help Desk template (doc 688065) is available from e-gif@ssc.govt.nz.
  • The Lead Agency forms a Governance Working Group to maintain the ongoing management of the Standard. Ensure appropriate meetings are held to keep the standard fresh and useful to users. Agenda and Meeting Minutes templates (docs 602686, 601809) are available from e-gif@ssc.govt.nz.
  • The Lead Agency ensures that Resources are available to provide training to agencies as required.
  • The Lead Agency is to identify the lessons learned from developing and implementing this standard. The Lesson Learned template (doc 625180) is available from e-gif@ssc.govt.nz.
