Step One: Document the Implementation Terms of Reference

Step Two: Document the Pilot Plan

Step Three: Document the Testing and Acceptance Plan

Step Four: Document the Project Management Plan

The Project Management Plan template (doc 603842) is available from e-gif@ssc.govt.nz.

Step Five: Document the Change Management Strategy

Step Six: Document the Communications Plan

Step Seven: Document the Risk Management Plan

Step Eight: Pilot the Standard

If the pilot is unsuccessful, consult the e-GIF Management Committee about how to progress. The Standard may be re-piloted.

If the pilot is successful, update the e-GIF Management Committee. The Committee may then endorse the Standard. Update the e-GIF document and website pages and progress to the Maintenance Phase of development.
