Change of address - Home page

Develop a strategy (and potentially a 'solution') that will allow people to change their address with multiple agencies through a single transaction.

Preliminary scoping work has indicated that a government schema for the eXtensible Name and Address Language (XNAL) standard should be developed as part of the e-GIF. This likely to be an integral building block to any change of address service.

A Working Group has been established to develop the Government xNAL schema.
