DRIVING GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE: The Development Goals at work

On Wednesday 19 September the State Services Commission is holding a one day conference ‘Driving Government Performance – The Development Goals at Work’.

The conference will focus on alignment of customer-centric services with the Development Goals for the State Services.

Invitations have been sent to a range of senior state sector employees to attend as representatives of their organisations.

The conference programme provides for interaction with opinion leaders who are authorities in their fields. Attendees will take away fresh ideas on developing customer-centric relationships, improving service delivery, and building better collaboration between agencies.
