OECD
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development comprises 30 member countries sharing a commitment to democratic government and the market economy. Its work covers economic and social issues, from macroeconomics to trade, education, development and science and innovation.
Offline
Not connected. Processes may be computerised, but not running on the Internet.
Online
1. Connected to the Internet or another network - or handled through an Internet or other network connection. 2. Under the direct control of a computer's central processing unit.
Online form (see also electronic form)
Form that is fully completed on the Internet without the person having to use any other information channel.
Open source
Open source software is software where anyone can view and distribute the source code (see here).
Organisation
A Government Agency or Business.
