5. Work on Service Description
As noted, it was observed at DC2003 that New Zealand and Australia are leading international e-government thinking on service description. Accordingly, New Zealand and Australia have volunteered to develop draft best practice guidance for use of the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set for service description.
