Crown Financial Information System (CFIS) - secure web-based system to facilitate the annual budget process; to monitor financial actuals; and to automate various other processes related to Crown financial management. The system is used by several users in all government agencies, and by most Treasury analysts. End-users have digital certificates, and smart cards for authentication to the CFISnet server.
