9 What if the CA fails accreditation?

9.1.1 The accreditation process may find shortcomings with some aspect of the proposed CA, and they should be given an opportunity to remedy their proposal; although this should be relatively uncommon given that our requirements are well documented in the CP.

9.1.2 The CA may disagree over the interpretation of our CP. We reserve the right to change our requirements.
