5 Standards

5.1.1 The S.E.E PKI is based on a set of standards that are intended to promote interoperability, speed of application development and ease of use.

5.1.2 By their nature, the standards prohibit some potential paths.  Agencies will need to make a case to the S.E.E. Steering Group to have the standards enhanced if they stand in the way of what is best for the agency, or government.
