6 Service and support

6.1.1 To minimise performance and reliability problems due to Internet connectivity it is advantageous to have a CA's directory, CRLs and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) servers situated locally.

6.1.2 A local company is more likely to be able to provide on site personnel for support when problems arise.
