5.1.1 Australia and some other countries may appear more trustworthy due to closer political ties.

5.1.2 If the governing law of a CA is based in the country of a close ally, we may be more comfortable with our ability to seek remedies in case of disputes.

5.1.3 We may need to honour trade agreements like CER.
