Intellectual Property Rights

The Intellectual Property Rights in the Tests described in this document shall remain the property of the S.E.E. Manager.

The Intellectual Property Rights in any Confidential Information supplied by a Candidate pursuant to these Tests will remain the property of the Candidate and licensors, as the case may be except that the S.E.E. Manager shall have the right to share such Confidential Information with any Participating Agency or Eligible Agency.

Variation

The S.E.E. Manager reserves the right to amend the Tests, and/or any part or requirement thereof, and/or this document and to make any changes whatsoever. The S.E.E. Manager accepts no obligation of any kind to any other party. Participating Agencies and Accredited Suppliers will be notified of any changes to the requirements in accordance with the notice provisions detailed in this document.

The S.E.E. Manager will give Participating Agencies and Accredited Suppliers:

  • ninety (90) days notice of changes or variations to the Process, its requirements or test criteria.
