This document describes the S.E.E Mail tests necessary for Site Certification and Vendor/Product Accreditation.

Throughout this document the terms "[S**MAIL]" and "[XS**MAIL]" are used. This enables the document to be e-mailed from a S.E.E. Participating Agency to any other organisation. Before using this document "**" should be globally replaced with "EE".
