Owner of the Site Certification process

8. The S.E.E. Manager is the owner of the Site Certification process. For the purposes of the Site Certification process, the State Services Commissioner, or representative that the Commissioner may from time to time nominate, will represent the S.E.E. Manager.

9. The S.E.E. Manager reserves the right to manage and control the Site Certification process, and the right to terminate the Site Certification process at any time.
