4.1 Introduction
55. From time to time the S.E.E. Manager will alter, amend, change or vary the Site Certification requirements and/or S.E.E. Mail Tests, to reflect changes in standards, or to incorporate lessons learnt into the requirements.
4.2 Notice of change of Site Certification Criteria
56. The S.E.E. Manager will give notice to Applicants and Participating Agencies 60 days in advance of a proposed amendment or variation to the Site Certification requirements in accordance with the notice provisions detailed in the Site Certification process document.
57. The notice will give details of the proposed Site Certification requirements and/or revised set of SMARTS Tests.
4.3 Withdrawal of Site Certification
58. Participating Agencies will ensure that their configuration will comply with the new requirements at the time they come into force. If the Participating Agency has not demonstrated that the configuration complies with the new requirements, then the Site Certification will be withdrawn at 11:59:59 p.m. on the day immediately prior to the new requirements coming into force.
4.4 Site Certification process plan
59. Participating Agencies will work in partnership with the S.E.E.Mail Manager and their Vendor to develop a Site Recertification process plan.
4.5 Formal interoperability testing
60. Each Participating Agency will be required to undergo the Site recertification process.
61. Each Participating Agency will use the SMARTS system to verify their Site Certification.
4.6 Completion of Site Certification process
62. Following completion and acceptance by the S.E.E. Manager of the results of the interoperability testing, the Participating Agency will be Recertified.
