2 Roles
2.1 S.E.E. Steering Group
2.1.1 Owns all existing and new S.E.E. Mail and associated business processes;
2.1.2 Determines the standards for S.E.E. Mail, in consultation with Participating Agencies;
2.1.3 Determines the terms and conditions under which each Participating Agency will operate;
2.1.4 Monitors delivery and audits compliance with the terms and condition in this Agreement;
2.2 Participating Agency
2.2.1 An agency that has agreed to abide by the S.E.E. Mail terms and conditions mandated by the S.E.E. Steering Group.
2.3 S.E.E. Mail Working Group
2.3.1 A representative from each Participating Agency is eligible to be part of the S.E.E. Mail Working Group. The Working Group recommends S.E.E. Mail changes to the S.E.E. Steering Group;
2.4 Lead Agency
2.4.1 Funds the development and operational costs necessary to ensure the continued success of S.E.E. Mail, such as:

Ensuring sufficient expertise is retained by employing a S.E.E. Manager

Providing secretarial services and chairing the S.E.E. Steering Group;
2.5 S.E.E. Manager
2.5.1 Administers the S.E.E. Mail change management process;
2.5.2 Administers the S.E.E. Mail communications and publications process, including the Official Information Act, Parliamentary Questions and requests from Ministers;
2.5.3 Administers the S.E.E. Mail site certification and vendor accreditation processes;
2.5.4 Develops and makes accessible supporting guidance, training and tools;
