G2006

The State Services Commission will be acting as the co-ordinating Agency for the upcoming re-negotiation of the Microsoft contract (G2006). This existing (G2003) contract expires in June and September 2006. The objective is to have a finalised new agreement before the end of this year. This should allow sufficient time for Agencies to understand the contract and align it with their business goals.

Workshops are being conducted in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton during August/September to gather Government's requirements and needs with regard to this contract.
