What does this mean for agencies?

.govt.nz domain names will be registered through www.domain-names.govt.nz only

.govt.nz domain names will all need to be maintained through the Government registrar

• You won't be able to transfer them to another registrar

.govt.nz domain names will largely be free to agencies

• Cost will be borne centrally, to save invoicing overheads

• Some limitations on numbers of registrations
